Synapse Collaborative was born from a shared vision: to create a space where individuals can receive psychological evaluations, speech evaluations, speech-language therapy, and counseling services under one roof. With years of experience in the fields of psychology and speech-language pathology, we recognize the need for a multidisciplinary approach--one that prioritizes collaboration and individualized care.

Our Structure

To ensure our services meet the highest standards of professional care and legal compliance, Synapse Collaborative operates as two connected entities:

• Synapse Collaborative, LLC manages the operational side of our practice—such as scheduling, administration, and support systems.

• Synapse Mental Health, PLLC is the licensed clinical entity through which all psychological and counseling services are provided, in accordance with Illinois law.

This structure allows us to deliver a seamless experience while maintaining the integrity and professional accountability required of licensed healthcare providers.
